Privacy Policy

How we handle your data and your business's, under Brazil's LGPD.
1. Who processes your data
This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data in the use of the platform, acting as controllers, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The data of our subscribers' end customers is processed by us as processors, under the subscriber's instructions — the subscriber is the controller of that data.
The controller of this data is Mshairi Soluções Digitais (“Seu Sócio”). The contact channel for the person in charge of personal data processing (LGPD, art. 41) is the email address at the end of this page.
2. Data we collect
Sign-up and account data: name, email, phone, company details and access credentials.
Usage data: access logs, IP address, device, pages visited and interactions, collected to operate, protect and improve the service.
Data you enter: products, prices, images, orders and your business's operational information.
Contact data: information sent through forms or support channels.
3. How we use it
We use the data to provide and maintain the platform, process subscriptions and payments, give support, ensure security, comply with legal obligations and — when you authorize it — measure audience and improve the experience.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal bases
We process data based on contract performance (to provide the service), compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest (security and service improvement) and consent, where applicable — for example, for measurement cookies.
5. Cookies and measurement
We use cookies essential to operation and, with your consent, audience-measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can accept or decline these tools in the consent banner, and revisit your choice by clearing your browser data.
6. Sharing
We share data only with vendors that help us operate (hosting, payment processing, email, measurement and error monitoring), always to the extent necessary and under confidentiality and security obligations, plus authorities when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some vendors may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we adopt safeguards compatible with the LGPD to ensure adequate protection.
8. Security and retention
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and for legal obligations; once the relationship ends, data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention policy.
9. Your rights (LGPD)
You may request, at any time: confirmation of and access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, reach us through the contact below. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated, and the last-updated date above will always indicate the current version.
